When Russ began his team-building career, he had two major handicaps: a strong need to connect outside of the people he did know, and a genuine fear of approaching people he did not know. He eventually overcame the fear and honed his connecting skills to a results-getting, razor edge. Using these skills, he built a team generating multiple six-figures of sales volume.
Today he's on a mission to empower other team-builders by teaching them how to connect and communicate with generosity, authenticity, and purpose. Prospecting Rules! is a part of that mission.
